Trisha McGinnis - Patient Coordinator

Trisha provides personalized attention to prospective and existing patients in an effort to present them with the information needed to make the most appropriate surgical and treatment decisions. She goes above and beyond to make sure all patients' visits exceed their expectations, and that all the details are in order to ensure that the surgical experience runs smoothly.

THROUGH THE EYES OF TRISHA:
"We have a very active household with 4 growing boys and a puppy. When I have time, I enjoy shopping with friends, being out in the sun, rollerblading and spending time with my family. I would love to do more traveling, sailing and scuba diving as the boys grow older.
The best part of my day here at The Center is the variety of people I meet. There is always a uniqueness as to why each person walks through our doors and I love to be a part of helping each one accomplish the goals they are seeking."
Becky Ament - Patient Assistant

Becky provides inquiring patients valuable information on the different procedures offered at The Center and provides front desk assistance.
Having worked at The Center for over 9 years, Becky has gleaned a great deal of knowledge regarding the applications and procedures performed at The Center. Becky knows what occurs during the procedures, what recovery will most likely entail, and what results one could expect.

THROUGH THE EYES OF BECKY:
"Outside The Center, I have a teenage daughter whose dream is to become an opera singer or Broadway performer, so I do plenty of running to voice lessons, play practice, auditions and recitals. In the summer months, I enjoy gardening, camping and boating with my family, and taking long walks along the lake. During the long winter months, I enjoy bowling with friends and shopping!
I work with a phenomenal team of people who are definitely experts in their field, from the doctors, nurses, techs, to the Aestheticians and office staff. The most rewarding part of my job is to see the smiling faces of the patients after their procedures are complete, and to hear them tell how the staff at The Center have changed their lives for the better."
Suzanne Payne - Receptionist

Suzanne is the primary receptionist at The Center. She is typically the first smile patients see when they come into The Center. Suzanne greets and registers patients, making sure they are comfortable while waiting for their appointment. Suzanne came to The Center first as a patient 10 years ago while going through Breast Reconstruction and liked The Center so much she decided she wanted to be here every day! She joined our staff in 2006. |
THROUGH THE EYES OF SUZANNE:
"The Center has become a special place for me as I am a breast cancer survivor and Dr. Todd Van Ye played a crucial role in my healing, as he did my reconstruction. I have always felt a special connection to The Center and felt that one day I wanted to work here and be a part of making women and men feel whole again through either reconstruction or cosmetic surgery. It is such a wonderful experience to see both women and men return, and tell us that their lives are so full, because of the surgery they have had here, at The Center. Our surgeons are truly kind, talented, human beings, who look at the whole person, and what would enhance their appearance most naturally.
Spending time with my three grandchildren, gardening and reading gives me much pleasure. Scuba diving fills the need for extra excitement, and of course, time with my husband, Eddie, makes my life complete."
Bonnie Micke - Financial Manager

Bonnie is responsible for collecting and reporting patient and insurance payments, accounts payable, and numerous other office-related tasks. Bonnie personally works with many patients one-on-one to ensure accurate coverage and helps patients meet financial obligations with financing options provided by The Center. Bonnie has been with The Center since 2003. |
THROUGH THE EYES OF BONNIE:
"Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love watching my children participate in school activities and sporting events. As a family we spend much of our time going for long walks with our dog, snowshoeing, and playing games. In the summer, I especially enjoy swimming, boating and bike rides with my husband and children. Of course, one of my favorite past times is shopping.
Working at The Center is very fulfilling for me. I am able to have the best of both worlds…a wonderful career and being a "mom". Dr. Van Ye and the staff are very knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and capable, which makes coming to work a true pleasure."
Jenny Elrick - Medical Transcriptionist

Jenny is responsible for accurately transcribing medical staff notes for the purpose of documentation, as well as ensuring that all patient charts are properly organized. Although patients rarely meet Jenny, she is a dedicated employee, doing her best to make sure all patients have accurate medical records in a timely fashion, all important for great overall patient care. |
THROUGH THE EYES OF JENNY:
"Outside The Center, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I keep busy attending my three kids’ sporting and school events. I also enjoy summers with time spent at the lake. The doctors here are very talented and caring, which makes me proud to work here. The staff is very friendly. which makes coming to work enjoyable." |
